Decent prices, could improve delivery

I recently bought a power tool set and a few LED shop lights. The prices were definitely attractive, much lower than I'd seen elsewhere for similar items. The tool set seems pretty robust for the price point, and the shop lights brighten up my garage well. My main gripe was the delivery time. It took nearly two weeks for everything to show up, which felt a bit long. I also wish there was a more precise delivery window, as the tracking updates were a little vague. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was a plus. For the savings, I'd probably order again, but I'd factor in the longer shipping.

Consistent and reliable

Another solid order from VitaHotDeals. Picked up a new set of wireless earbuds; they arrived fast, just like the slow cooker did last month. Always good to know what to expect when you order here.

Good value, minor shipping wait

I ordered a robot vacuum and a memory foam pillow. The ordering process was straightforward on their site; easy to find what I wanted. Shipping took about 8 days to get to me in Florida, which was a little longer than I hoped, but it was free. Both items were exactly as described and packed well. The robot vacuum works great, really gets into the corners. Pillow is comfy. I didn't need to contact support, so can't speak to that. Overall, I feel like I got a good deal on both.
